Globalcops directly advocate with policy makers, governments, and multilateral executives to eliminate the threats posed by the world’s most dangerous weapons in the United States and around the world.
Our volunteer leaders, staff, and partner organizations provide state and federal policymakers with research and information, and we help them develop and enact policies on critical domestic and global peace and security issues.
Our Legislative Coordinators are volunteers who work with our staff and members to lobby Members of Congress, state legislators, and other key officials within multilateral and regional institutions to protect the planet. Legislative Coordinators advise activists in their state on advocacy tactics and issues, and they build networks to win legislative victories.

About GlobalCops Grassroots Program
There are a variety of ways in which you can advocate for global peace and security. These activities are rewarding, effective, educational, and do not require a major time commitment on your part. Visiting and writing your elected representatives on a regular basis is the best way to keep them informed about the issues that are important to you.
